18VAC120-40-60. Professional boxing and wrestling task force.
(Repealed.)
A. The director may appoint a professional boxing and wrestling
task force, consisting of five members, which shall advise the director on any
matters relating to professional boxing and wrestling events in the
Commonwealth.
B. The task force shall be composed of one representative
of the sport of boxing, one representative of the sport of wrestling and one
representative of either the sport of boxing or wrestling, and two citizen
members as defined in §§54.1-107 and 54.1-200 of the Code of Virginia. All
members shall be residents of the Commonwealth.
C. Each task force member shall serve a four-year term,
except that of the initial appointments, one shall be for two years and one
shall be for three years. No member shall serve more than two consecutive
four-year terms.
