Purpose of the meeting: Learn about proposed changes to three VDOT land development regulations. These regulations include:
- Access Management Regulations (24VAC30-72 and 24VAC30-73)
- Secondary Street Acceptance Requirements (24VAC30-92)
- Traffic Impact Analysis Regulations (24VAC30-155)
This broadcast and meeting will take place on Thursday, September 22, 2011 from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at VDOT’s Central Office auditorium which is located at 1401 East Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia.

During the 2011 session, the Virginia General Assembly passed Senate Bill 1462, which became Chapter 870 of the 2011 Acts of Assembly, directing the Commonwealth Transportation Board (CTB) and the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) to solicit and consider public comment in the development of revisions to the above regulations.
