The Westmoreland County Wetlands Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 19, 2026 starting at 1:30 P.M., in the George D. English Sr. Memorial Building, 111 Polk Street, Montross, Virginia. The following cases are under consideration for Wetlands Board approval:

Case # 1519 – William Mullins & Megan Bickerstaff, 12104 Kingswood Blvd, Fredericksburg, VA 22408, and agent, Superior Coastline Services INC, 2101 Richmond Hwy, Stafford VA 22554 request Wetlands Board approval for proposed refresh and realign existing rip-rap by adding a layer of class 1 & 2 rip-rap on top of existing rip-rap. Case # 1520 – Bradley & Janean Sealey, 11123 White House Road, Smithfield, VA 23430, and agent Roger McKinley, 691 Mill Point Drive, Heathsville, VA 22473 request Wetland Board approval for proposed rip-rap sill, new rip-rap revetment and refurbish of existing rip-rap revetment. Project is located at 164 Jenkins Point Road, Montross, VA 2520. Tax Map # 36-44B. VMRC # 26-1470.
