The James City County Wetlands Board will hold public hearings on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. in the County Government Conference Room of Building F, 101 Mounts Bay Road, James City County, Virginia.

 

The Wetlands Board will hear the following cases:

 

WJPA-26-0005/: Mr. Barry Marten has applied for the replenishment of riprap on property located at 8 Lavelle Court, JCC Real Estate Tax Map Parcel No. 4730500042. VMRC #26-0657

 

WJPA-26-0006/: Ms. Jaclyn Wilburn, Coastal Wetlands Consulting, LLC., on behalf of Ms. Merle and Mr. Samuel Powell, has applied for a Wetlands Permit for the construction of a breakwater and beach nourishment on property located at 3200 Derby Lane, JCC Real Estate Tax Map Parcel No. 4540300009. VMRC #26-0893

 

The applications and plans are on file and may be viewed during normal office hours in the Stormwater and Resource Protection Division, 101 Mounts Bay Road, Building E, James City County, Virginia.
