The Chair of the Joint Commission on Transportation Accountability has requested that DEQ convene a representative group of stakeholders, including industry representatives as well as consumers and citizen representatives, to consider and make recommendations to achieve the policy goals identified by Senate Bill 1002, House Bill 2029 and Senate Bill 993 and report back to the Joint Commission on Transportation Accountability as soon as possible but by no later than November 1, 2011 on the group’s recommendations.
