On May 14, 2010, an opportunity to comment on the proposed amendment of the Fees for Permits and Certificates regulation (9VAC25-20) was announced.  The comment period has closed and the Department has reviewed the comments and finalized a summary of comments and response document and revisions to the proposed amendments.  These documents will be presented to the State Water Control Board for their consideration at the June 21-22, 2010 meeting.
