Notice of Virginia Beach Wetlands Board Public Hearing
A Public Hearing of the Virginia Beach Wetlands Board will be held on Monday, June 17, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chamber – 2401 Courthouse Dr., Municipal Center, Bldg. 1, Second Floor, Virginia Beach, VA. A Staff briefing session will be held at 9:00 a.m. in the City Manager's Conference Room 2034. All interested parties are invited to attend.
The following requests are scheduled to be heard:

• Christian A. Hartwell [Applicant & Owner] To construct a boat ramp and retaining walls involving wetlands at 312 Pintail Cres, contiguous to Sand Broad Inlet – GPIN 2433241946 – District 2.
• Michael S. Kynett [Applicant] Michael Smith Kynett & Gail Johnson Kynett Joint Living Trust [Owner] To construct a boat ramp involving wetlands at 644 Greentree Dr, contiguous to Western Branch Lynnhaven River, GPIN 1487093343 – District 8.
• LWI Revocable Trust [Applicant & Owner] To construct a rip rap sill and plant vegetation involving wetlands at 2037 Thomas Bishop Ln, contiguous to Broad Bay Canal, GPIN 1499569812 – District 8.
• Bayville Creek, LLC [Applicant & Owner] To modify the boat ramp, install coir logs, place sand, and plant vegetation involving wetlands at 4340 Country Club Cir, contiguous to Western Branch Lynnhaven River, GPIN 1489132025 – District 9.
• McKain Living Trust [Applicant & Owner] To construct rip rap revetments involving wetlands at 1608 Duke of Windsor Rd, contiguous to Linkhorn Bay, GPIN 2408888872 –District 6.
• C. Todd Mayo RLT & Stephanie Mayo RLT [Applicants & Owners] To dredge involving wetlands at 2601 Sandy Valley Rd, contiguous to Eastern Branch of Lynnhaven River, GPIN 1497673682 – District 8.
• North Landing Beach RV Resort & Cottages – Virginia Beach, LLC [Applicant & Owner] To construct a bulkhead and groin, dredge, and place sand fill involving wetlands at 161 Princess Anne Rd, contiguous to North Landing River, GPIN 2317412793 – District 2.
