Notice of Virginia Beach Wetlands Board Public Hearing

A Public Hearing of the Virginia Beach Wetlands Board will be held on Monday, May 20, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chamber – 2401 Courthouse Dr., Municipal Center, Bldg. 1, Second Floor, Virginia Beach, VA.

A Staff briefing session will be held at 9:00 a.m. in the City Manager's Conference Room 2034. All interested parties are invited to attend.

1. Frank M. Kelly, Jr. & Suzanne C. Kelly [Applicants] Kelly Family Trust [Owner] To construct a bulkhead and return walls involving wetlands at 2913 Sandpiper Rd, contiguous to Bass Inlet – GPIN 2433344841 – District 2.

2. G. Brock Potter, Jr. [Applicant] G. Brock Potter, Jr. Revocable Trust [Owner] To construct a rip rap revetment, rip rap sill, place sand, and plant vegetation involving wetlands, and a covered boat house at 947 Bingham St, contiguous to Linkhorn Bay – GPIN 2408927960 – District 6.
