The State Air Pollution Control Board (Board) meeting, originally planned for September 17, 2021, is being rescheduled.  The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is working with the Board to reschedule this meeting.  The primary agenda item for the fall meeting is consideration of the draft permit for the Mountain Valley Pipeline Lambert Compressor Station and the Board and DEQ are looking current plan is for a 2-day meeting in the area for the proposed facility.  The meeting will be in-person, but plans are being made to livestream the meeting.

Regarding the draft permit for the compressor station, it is important to note that the public comment period on the draft permit is closed and per the Board's policy, only those persons who commented on the draft permit during the public hearing or public comment period that ran from January 8, 2021, to April 9, 2021, can address the Board at the meeting
