On January 13, 2021, the Virginia Safety and Health Codes Board adopted 16 VAC 25-220, Final Permanent Standard for Infectious Disease Prevention of the SARS-CoV-2 Virus That Causes COVID-19.
In accordance with 16 VAC25-220.A, the Governor reviewed the Final Standard and the Agency filed the Final Standard with the Virginia Registrar of Regulations.
Today, January 27, 2021, the Final Standard, in its entirety was published in the Richmond Times Dispatch, making the effective date of the Final Standard, January 27, 2021.
