Changes to Common Interest Community Board Guidance Documents

The Common Interest Community Board will be taking public comment on several proposed guidance documents.  The guidance documents are being changed to reflect amendments to Chapter 23.3 of Title 54.1 of the Code of Virginia, and the creation of a new Title 55.1 in the Code of Virginia, resulting from the recodification of Title 55 of the Code of Virginia, which became effective on October 1, 2019.  A 30-day comment period will begin on November 9, 2020.  Information regarding each of the proposed guidance documents may be found at the Virginia Regulatory Town Hall website:
