NOTICE

On October 9, 2020, there will be no Board of Dentistry Business meeting or Regulatory/Legislative Committee meeting.  There will be no forum for the public to address matters currently pending discussion by the Regulatory/Legislative Committee.

On October 9th, the only business being conducted by the Board are 2 public hearings to receive public comment on the Board’s 2 regulatory proposals currently open for public comment which are:

·         Administration of sedation and anesthesia, https://townhall.virginia.gov/L/ViewXML.cfm?textid=14568, which was adopted by the Board on December 14, 2018 and the

·         Protocols for remote supervision of VDH and DBHDS dental hygienists, https://townhall.virginia.gov/L/ViewXML.cfm?textid=14577, which was adopted by the Board on December 13, 2019.
