The Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation is seeking public comment, and any relevant information, on the reliability and validity of data collected through the use of the Computer Voice Stress Analyzer®, known as CVSA, as well as comments on CVSA’s potential approval for use as a detection device in accordance with § 54.1-1805(B)(1) of the Code of Virginia.
