Purpose of Notice: The Department of Conservation and Recreation is accepting public comment on the Resilient Virginia Revolving Loan Fund Draft Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) 2026.
After reviewing public comment and making any necessary and appropriate amendments to the draft, DCR will finalize the NOFO no later than June 1, 2026. The finalized guidance will inform the development of flood resilient recovery projects.
Public Comment Period: In accordance with statutory requirements, a 30-day public comment period will begin April 14, 2026 and close on May 14, 2026.
