On September 26, 2023, the Board of Pharmacy voted to rescind RFA No. PHR-2020-01 entitled Pharmaceutical Processors-Health Service Area I. This RFA was originally issued on September 25, 2020. The RFA for Health Service Area I will be conducted by the Virginia Cannabis Control Authority, which assumes control of the Medical Cannabis Program on January 1, 2024.
