| Purpose of the meeting The public hearing is being held to receive comments on proposed amendments to the State's Nutrient Enriched Waters Policy (9 VAC 25-40) and Water Quality Management Planning Regulation (9 VAC 25-720) concerning total nitrogen and total phosphorus discharges from certain permit holders within the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. The public comment period beings with publication of the proposal in the February 21, 2005 Virginia Register and closes on April 25, 2005. | ||
