| Purpose of the meeting A regularly scheduled Action Meeting of the Commonwealth Transportation Board and transportation staff. The Action Meeting is a regularly scheduled meeting to transact CTB business. It is noted that the start time for this meeting is an estimate only. The Action Meeting will be called to order at 8:30 a.m. or upon adjournment of the July 21, 2026 Workshop meeting, should the Workshop carry over to July 22. Note that public comment will be taken at 11:00 a.m. on July 22, 2026, regardless of what item the Board may be on. We value feedback from the public and as usual, public comment will be allowed and may be offered by those attending this meeting at the meeting location.
