Purpose of the meeting The purpose of the meeting is to seek the public's input on a project to construct a new two-lane roadway from U.S. 360 (Hull Street Road) to Westerleigh Parkway Extended and the project's advancement. The project is anticipated to include intersection improvements at U.S. 360. The Commonwealth Transportation Board (CTB) will host this required public hearing, pursuant to §33.2-202. VDOT and Chesterfield County representatives will be available to discuss the project and answer questions. The public is invited to review the project information at the public hearing or in-advance at the VDOT Richmond District Office, 2430 Pine Forest Drive, South Chesterfield, VA 23834-9002, 804-524-6000, or 1-800-663-4188, TTY/TTD 711. The public is asked to please call ahead to assure project staff will be available to answer your questions. The public is invited to give written or oral comments at the hearing or submit them by January 2, 2026, to Larry Hagin, Virginia Department of Transportation, 2430 Pine Forest Drive, South Chesterfield, VA 23834-9002. The public may also email comments to Larry.Hagin@vdot.virginia.gov. Please reference “Upper Magnolia Access Road Project” in the subject heading.
