Purpose of the meeting A public hearing to receive comments on regulations prior to the publishing of proposed regulations. Another public hearing will be held after the adoption of proposed regulations. The Board will meet fully in-person and the physical location will be open to the public. There will be electronic meeting access for the public to listen and offer public comment.
