| Purpose of the meeting In accordance with Item 304.AA. of the 2023 Appropriations Act, the DMAS Medicaid Physician and Managed Care Liaison Committee (MPMCLC) meets to discuss quality and cost-effective initiatives, increasing provider participation in Medicaid, removing administrative obstacles to quality care, and optimal use of the Commonwealth's Emergency Department Care Coordination (EDCC) platform. | |
