| Purpose of the meeting The Early Childhood Advisory Committee (ECAC) will convene on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, from 1 to 4 PM. Deputy Superintendent Jenna Conway will join members of the ECAC for a virtual meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to transact the business statutorily required or necessary to continue the operations of the Advisory Committee. The meeting will be live streamed for public viewing via the VDOE YouTube Channel. If the audio or video transmission fails, please contact earlychildhoodaccess@doe.virginia.gov, and the team will troubleshoot the issue. As soon as ECAC becomes aware of the problem, the meeting will recess until public access is restored. The recording will be posted within five days. If the meeting format changes, a subsequent notice will be issued in accordance with ยง 2.2-3707 of the Code of Virginia. Written public comments will be accepted. Please submit written public comments by email to earlychildhoodaccess@doe.virginia.gov by 1 PM on Wednesday, June 21, to ensure your comment is shared during the June meeting. Please include your name and affiliation. Written public comments will be shared with Advisory Committee Members during the meeting. | |
