| Purpose of the meeting The Virginia Department of Education is in the process of conducting a comprehensive review of child care licensing regulations and convening a series of work groups related to the Standards for Licensed Child Day Centers and Standards for Licensed Family Day Homes to inform the revised regulations. The work group will convene on February 28, 2023 at 1 PM. The meeting will be held in the 16th Floor Conference of the James Monroe Building. The meeting is open to the public.
