| Purpose of the meeting The Advisory Board on Teacher Education and Licensure (ABTEL) will convene on Monday, February 6, at 9:00 a.m. This meeting will be held at the Embassy Suites By Hilton Richmond Hotel, 2925 Emerywood Parkway, Richmond, Virginia 23294. The meeting is open to the public and will be livestreamed on the VDOE YouTube Channel. Based on CDC guidance, masks will be strongly encouraged for Richmond and the surrounding counties. Public comment will be accepted. Written public comment is always accepted and should be submitted to Alice.Bryant@doe.virginia.gov with the subject line, ABTEL Comment for February 6, 2023. All written comments received by Wednesday, February 1, 2023, will be shared with Advisory Board members in advance of the meeting. Requests to address the Advisory Board during the public comment portion of the meeting should be submitted to Alice.Bryant@doe.virginia.gov or (804) 371-2522. In honoring such requests, the Advisory Board will limit such comments to three minutes for each speaker. | |
