| Purpose of the meeting To hear oral presentations from Martinsville City or Henry County officials as part of the Commission's review of City of Martinsville - County of Henry Voluntary Settlement Agreement providing for Martinsville's reversion from City to Town status. The City of Martinsville and Henry County will be presenting evidence to the Commission during their oral presentations.
