| Purpose of the meeting The main packet is 148 pages. The DBHDS response to comments on the current emergency regulation amending (Action 5565) the Licensing Regulations for behavioral health enhancement is attached to the back to fhe packet. Regulatory Business: 1. Recommendation for initiation of the proposed stage for: --12VAC35-105, Action 5565 regarding amendments to align with enhanced behavioral health services. --12VAC35-105, Action 5563 regarding amendments to align with the American Society of Addiction Medicine Levels of Care Criteria (ASAM). --12VAC35-46, Action 5564 regarding amendments to align with ASAM criteria in children's residential facilities. 2. Request to initiate periodic review of: --12VAC35-12 Public Participation Guidelines --12VAC35-190 Regulations for Voluntary Admissions to State Training Centers --12VAC35-200 Regulations for Emergency and Respite Care Admission to State Training Centers --12VAC35-210 Regulations to Govern Temporary Leave from State Facilities --12VAC35-240 Victims of Sterilization Fund Program NOTE: The State Board of BHDS will hold a biennial planning meeting the afternoon before in the 13th Floor Conference Room, DBHDS, Jefferson Building. Details will be included in the meeting packet; no business will be conducted.
