| Purpose of the meeting The Board will convene to hold its quarterly meeting on Wednesday, July 21, 2021. The meeting will be accessible to the public via Microsoft Teams Live Event; however, a portion of the Board’s business will be discussed in closed session. Public comment will not be received during the meeting, but individuals can submit comments in writing via email to director@valottery.com by 4 p.m. on July 20. The comments will be publicly posted prior to the meeting as a part of the agenda document. If there is a disruption in the live streaming of the meeting, please call 804-692-7015. If you would like to attend in person, the meeting will be viewable via Microsoft Teams Live Event in an overflow room on the 19th floor. This meeting will be preceded by an Audit Committee meeting at 8:30 a.m. (location: Hokies Room, 22nd floor). | |||
