| Purpose of the meeting Planners with the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation will present the draft master plan for First Landing State Park. The master plan is the long-range plan for infrastructure, amenities, roads, funding and staffing at the park and will be updated every 10 years. Public comments will be taken at the end. The development of the master plan is a public process, so your feedback is important to us. If you can’t attend this virtual meeting, written comments will be accepted until May 8.
