| Purpose of the meeting Regulatory Business: 1. Recommendation for initiation of the proposed stage for Action 5091 regarding amendments to 12VAC35-105, allowing a grace period for documentation of ISPs. 2. Recommendation for initiation of a fast track action to comply with House Bill 2652 (2019) requiring a provider statement to any other provider when a criminal history background check is required through the creation of a new subsection 435 of 12VAC35-105. 3. Recommendation for initiation of a fast track action to comply with House Bill 2045 (2019) regarding certification of recovery homes through the creation of a new chapter 12VAC35-270. NOTE: The State Board of BHDS will hold a biennial planning meeting the afternoon before in the 5th Floor Conference Room, DGS, Washington Building (next door to the Jefferson Building.) Details will be included in the meeting packet; no business will be conducted. Committee meetings will be held from 8:30 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. before the start of the regular board meeting on July 17. | |||
