| Purpose of the meeting A regularly scheduled action meeting of the Commonwealth Transportation Board and transportation staff. The action meeting is a regularly scheduled meeting to transact CTB business. Public comment will be received on items on the agenda for which the opportunity for public comment has not been afforded the public in another forum. Remarks will be limited to five minutes. Large groups will be asked to select one individual to speak for the group. The board reserves the right to amend these conditions. Separate committee meetings may be held on call of the chairman.
