Purpose of the meeting
The Pesticide Fee Regulatory Advisory Panel (RAP) will analyze historical and projected budget data related to the Pesticide Control Fund. The RAP will evaluate fees for pesticide product registrations, pesticide business licenses, commercial applicator certifications, and registered technician certifications in order to provide recommendations to the Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services regarding potential amendments to adjust the fees established in 2 VAC 5-675 et seq., Regulations Governing Pesticide Fees Charged by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The RAP will not receive public comment at this meeting.
