| Purpose of the meeting To comply with CMS requirements, DMAS is holding a public comment opportunity to give stakeholders an opportunity to comment on the combined 1115 approach. The MLTSS and DSRIP strategies remain the same. The addition is to shift the administrative authority of the existing Alzheimer's Technology Assisted, and Elderly or Disabled with Consumer Direction waivers. There will be NO CHANGE in the eligibility or services of these waivers. This strategy is for departmental administrative simplification purposes only. | |
