| Purpose of the meeting The board will meet to discuss issues related to Virginia agriculture and consumer services. The board meeting begins at 9:00 a.m. The public hearings on the proposed regulations begin at 10:00 a.m. The board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes.
