Purpose of the meeting
A combined work session/action meeting of the Commonwealth Transportation Board and transportation staff. The action meeting is a regularly scheduled meeting to transact CTB business, such as permits, regulatory actions, additions/deletions to the highway system, and other matters requiring board approval. Public comment will be received at the outset of the meeting on items on the agenda for which the opportunity for public comment has not been afforded the public in another forum. Remarks will be limited to five minutes. Large groups will be asked to select one individual to speak for the group. The board reserves the right to amend these conditions. Separate committee meetings may be held on call of the chairman. Contact VDOT Public Affairs at (804) 786-2715 for schedule.
