Purpose of the meeting
The board will meet to discuss issues related to Virginia agriculture and consumer services. A public hearing will be held at 10:00 a.m. in conjunction with the Board meeting. The hearing will be held to receive comments on 2 VAC 5-200, Rules and Regulations pertaining to the Disposal of Entire Flocks of Dead Poultry. The Board will also discuss two additional regulations: 2 VAC 5-585, Retail Food Establishment Regulations and 2 VAC 5-206, Regulation for Scrapie Eradication. The Board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodations in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation.
