The following procedures are intended to obtain compliance and correct unacceptable station operations or inspection/repair procedures. Violations of the Regulations are divided into two categories, minor and major, based on the seriousness of the violation.
In the case of multiple violations considered at one time, the Department of
Environmental Quality (“Department”) may, in its discretion, direct that suspensions run
concurrently. |
