On 2/19/2021 the board requested that this emergency stage be extended until 12/28/2021.
Reason for Extension:
This emergency regulation, which authorizes patients to use a registered agent, to obtain does of medical cannabis, will expire on 6/29/21. The comment period on the proposed regulation ends on 4/30/21, and the earliest the Board can adopt a final regulation is 6/4/21. Therefore, the emergency regulation will expire before executive branch review has been completed and the regulation has been filed with the Register.
This stage was approved by the Governor's office on 6/17/2021.
