On 5/27/2016 the board requested that this
emergency stage be extended until 12/30/2016.
Reason for Extension:
This emergency regulation is due to expire June 30, 2016. This extension is required in order to continue to allow qualifying individuals in the ECDC waiver to enroll in managed care, and to expedite enrollment into managed care, especially for pregnant women. This package is essential to enable these individuals to receive faster access to care coordination, well-person preventative services, and routine acute care.
This emergency extension request was approved by the Governor's office on 6/17/2016.
