As a parent of children in Prince William County, Virginia, I strongly oppose the proposed transgender agenda. It is not the school system's job to enforce this radical agenda on families, and especially not on people's children, especially without their consent. To call yourselves educators and then to teach concepts that are contrary to science makes me to call unto question what exactly you consider your role to be in the formation of young minds. I am against my children being forced to share a bathroom with those who are of the opposite sex biologically and to have to potentially observe the body parts of the opposite sex. This goes against what we believe religiously about modesty and is a violation of our freedom to exercise out faith as protected by the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. The bathroom policy, the ability for biologically female individuals to go topless, etc, also puts children at greater risk for sexual assaults. To promote the denial of biological science in the name of tolerance shows that you are greatly breaking the boundaries as educators, and the idea that parents will not be informed or consulted also shows that you reject that they are the primary educators of their children. The school system needs to stick to teaching fact and not to teaching what is en vogue today.
