There are 2 genders, male and female. They are determined by the chromosome coupling that produces an individual. An X+Y chromosome pair produces a male, an X+ X pair produces a female, this is what you call... science. Cutting and pasting human body parts does not produce a different sex/gender it is simply adding accessories to the already established individual. The word "individual" means: can not be divided.
