I have lived in the Commonwealth for over 30 years and have voted at every election in my area.  I have never seen the need for what is being proposed.  Voters have every way to vote either in person or in advance at authorized locations.  

In any event, a proposed change of this magnitude warrants a full and open hearing where all voices may be heard.
