The Virginia State Board of Elections does NOT have the authority to alter election law by regulatory action to no longer require a postmark on mail in ballots. By not requiring a postmark date we invite fraud as ballots may be "found" days later and submitted. The integrity of our elections should be top priority so as to not disenfranchise all voters. As a concerned citizen I demand that the State Board of Elections adhere to the law and that a public hearing be held on this matter.
