EVV has done nothing more than attack the most vulnerable group of people. Is EVV a punishment for having a disability? House arrest isn't necessary when one is bedridden. It is illogical to have these expectations. I live rural and am a caretaker for a family member. I have been doing this over 30 yrs. Since evv was introduced, our lives have dramatically changed for the worse. I feel I now work for the state more than I do for my family member. The added problems it puts on the disabled is a slap in the face. The demands of evv on the disabled and their caregiver is impractical. Multiple agencies descend upon the home taking notes and reports on a monthly basis. Enough invasion is enough!
