I support of a strong regulation in Virginia that cuts carbon pollution from power plants and allows Virginia to trade carbon allowances with other states.

Virginia must protect public health and safety by cutting carbon pollution and also create jobs in carbon neutral and energy efficiency sectors.  The Federal government is not taking action, which puts the entire nation at risk.

If we join with a coalition of other states with carbon caps, we can work to protect Virginians and others.  Carbon pollution is a global problem.
