Strongly oppose

I strongly oppose this bill for a couple reasons. 1) Those who have conceal carry permits have been through safety training and have been through a background check to verify the are legally able to have a firearm.  This is another measure that only puts prohibitions on law abiding citizens. Criminals by definition, BREAK THE LAW! Why and how would this bill prevent them from further breaking the law.  2) "Shall not be infringed" That phrase is in both the US and Commonwealth constitutions. ANY bill of any sort prohibiting any firearms and carrying said firearm is a violation of both federal and state rights.
