I opposed of any conceal carry band in Virginia or any state. Howany times have law enforcement arrested anyone involved in a illegal shooting that was in possession of a concealed carry permit. The people that commit the acts are never have conceal carry permits. I'm an Ex Washington DC Police officer and don't fall under the HR19 bill, because I was terminated after arresting President Clinton's press aid.
