Dear Governor McAuliffe, over $1 Billion dollar shortfall in the state budget, and somehow this was missed?  Yet amazingly you and your staff rememeber to now attempt to deny the citizens of Virginia the right to carry firearms in their own State Buildings following a one year absolutely unncessary "Emergency" ban on firearms.  INCREDIBLE.  SHAMEFUL.   We are 421,000 citizens who carry concealed, who would like our rights the way they were supposed to be, a right, not a regulated and limited privledge.   I strongly oppose this additional attempt at further diminishing the rights of Virginia's citizens.
