Thanks to Gov McAuliffe for common sense regulation of guns in public places. All research and evidence shows that more guns mean more gun deaths. I am proud that Virginia's lawmakers have thus far voted down the NRA-ILA introduced legislation that would allow guns on state university campuses. I will continue to vote for politicians who value the safety of their constituents by voting to keep guns out of public places. The legislative branch of state government should follow suit.
