To Whom It May Concern,

I respectfully oppose the state agency gun ban.  I have provided a link to Federalist Paper #46 which explains that the strength of the state has always been the strength of it's people.  Please keep Virginians strong and free by honoring our Federal Constitution's 2nd Amendment.
