Action | Amend Regulations Following Periodic Review |

I'm reluctant to write, for this space is not conducive to understanding what is proposed and if I actually oppose it. However, if regulations concerning abortions are to be amended, then they should be amended to better protect human life. Human life includes the life of the mother and the life of the child. When an abortionist has a patient, he actually has two: the mother and the child. Any regulation should include admitting privileges to a nearby hospital, an accessible building for emergency responders, and all high standards surrounding outpatient surgical care. Also, equipment and facilities should be available to nurse a child born alive until better treatment can be given at a hospital, (this is where the admitting privileges would be relevant).
Thank you for reading my comment.
