TRAP will not prevent women from having abortions, it will only make it more difficult for women to obtain care that they need. Abortions will happen whether or not politicans when them too, the question is do politicians care enough about the health of their female constituents to give them the care they deserve or will women have to resort to unsafe, unhealthy measures to recieve these services?
